Thank you for taking the time to fill out this form. It will make the building of your website much smoother. I will not begin your site until you have submitted all the information on this form, signed a contract, and the initial payment made.

Once you have filled out this form, I will send a final estimate for you to approve and the contract. I ask for half of the payment before starting and the last half at completion. I ask for six weeks to complete your site. Depending on the size of the site, I finish most sites in a quicker time frame.

I understand this is a lot of private information that has to be shared. One option to not share all of your passwords is to use the app LastPass. If you use this app, you can share your passwords with me without my seeing them.

If we are using a lot of the same information on a current website and transferring it to your new site, you do not have to include the information. Please, just include the link to the current website. For example, if you already have a bio on a current website and want to include the same one on your new site, just send the link instead of the bio.
